I am an AIFLAM accredited arbitrator.
Since coming to the Bar, I have practised primarily in Family Law, in both property and parenting matters.
I have extensive experience in the Family Law jurisdiction, in particular with complex parenting and financial matters, and acting for third party interveners.
I also maintain a broad practice, advising and appearing in the areas of equity and commercial including mortgagee, corporations, contractual disputes, revenue, and criminal matters. I am also well versed in the area of cost recovery for solicitors.
I regularly appear in the Family Court of Australia, Supreme Court of New South Wales, and District and Local Courts, in matters at first instance and on appeal.
My pro bono work has included appearing as duty barrister in a variety of matters and as well as appearing in both civil and criminal matters.
